But, I prefer a Jazzmaster’s 25.5″ scale length. I did some measuring and if I put a Jazzmaster neck on the Jaguar, the scale length would be about 24.7″ due to the fact that the Jaguar’s bridge is closer to the base of the neck than on a Jazzmaster (at least on guitars I own).
