What is the difference between a Gibson j200 and a j150?

The primary difference is that the J-200 has binding on the neck and the J-150 does not. They are VERY similar instruments. I’m not a fan of modern Gibson acoustics but I did work as a sideman to a young lady songwriter who had an SJ150 and it was a lovely instrument.
