Why do you tilt an amp?

Strap pins (also called strap buttons) are rounded metal posts that protrude from the guitar’s body and tether it to the strap. Electric guitars and basses almost always have two pins, as do many acoustic guitars. In a two-pin scenario, one strap button will typically be at the bottom end of the guitar.
The one good thing I can say about the Cobalts is that they do, in fact, sound really good. They are unquestionably clearer-sounding and definitely sound better and stronger than standard Regular Slinky strings. But to me, that doesn’t outweigh all the other annoyances of these strings.
