The primary difference between major scales and minor scales is the third scale degree. A major scale always has a natural third (or major third). A minor scale never has a major third. In practice, you can add any note as a tension to a minor scale except for a major third.
Playing in “first position” means that you play a harmonica that is in the same key as the guitar, which is especially useful for melody playing. For example, if you have a C harp and you exhale, or “blow,” on any group of holes, you will hear a C (I) chord.

Although many reviews will tell you the DR-100 has a solid spruce top, it does not. Solid top guitars are rare at this price point. Epiphone states the DR-100 has a select spruce top, which means laminate spruce.
It handles gain pretty well, but it distorts with very high gain. It’s rugged, not too heavy, but not too light that it will easily be knocked over. It’s cute, but sturdy, small, but powerful, pricey, but worth it if it’s what your looking for.
